However, all permit-related drawings are developed under the supervision and revision of a licensed architect or professional engineer, to properly sign and seal and ensuring they meet the requirements for permitting and code compliance.

TEIMECA operates exclusively as a drafting and design support firm. Pursuant to f.s. 481.229 (exemptions), the office of TEIMECA provides drafting services only. This office is not an Architectural, Structural, or MEP engineering firm, nor does it purport to offer professional services requiring licensure under f.s. 471 or f.s. 481. All plans are produced in accordance with statutory exemptions, which allows for exemptions from licensure when working under appropriate supervision.

- Clients are responsible for verifying that all required documents are reviewed, signed, and sealed by their retained licensed professionals as needed.
